Cancellation Policy

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 2 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without canceling. In either case, no refund will be provided. For new patients’ first appointments, a no-show or late cancellation will result in a full charge. An appointment canceled 4 hours before the appointed time will receive a full refund.
